With the truck in reverse, are you getting power to the backup lights? Might be as simply as replacing the switch on the trans.

Try switch the lens on the rear. You could have a bad circuit board in the lens assy.

Hi everyone, I replaced the switch on the Trans, replaced the sensor on the differential, the break light switch under the steering column. And here's where it stands. I now have back up lights . But with break lights, only one is working . Now it's the drivers side break light is working and the passenger side is not just, the opposite to what is was before

Check your lamp sockets being you could of just switched them side to side while working on it... take note..the left one has a surface broken off at compared to the opposite with the nips..
Funnier things you know

Hi Everyone ! Last night I switched the tail lights and this time it showed that one of the circuit boards is bad. So I'm going to replace the board this morning .Hopefully problem will be solved ,I can then do a final update to this problem and then close out the post and then move on to the next issue which has to do with the cooling system.

Went to pick & pull as planned got the new tail light assembly and a few other small fixes I've been meaning to take care of .I really enjoy going there. And now for the 1st time in a long time All My lighting is working properly all the way around. So now it will be on to changing out the trans fluid Some of these maintenance issues I want to come up to date on Get on top of them before they get on top of Me So now We can close out this thread I guess. You Guys have been great with Your shared experience's and trouble shooting tips. And ideas Thank You very much, Thanks also to everyone who took the time to read this Thread as well
