das2123, that's ridiculous.
No it isn't. No place for unneccesary comments like that on these forums.

Like I said, consider yourselves warned.

So you're going to ban me because I have different ideas than you and have had different experiences with certain parts than you?

Nope, just don't get offended if a part you don't like...I do.

I am not a rookie by any means with neon parts. I know alot of people who also have alot of experience with parts. My knowledge comes from their experience as well. You're the first one to speak out against the Pacesetter header and now the Unorthodox UDP.

never heard anyone say anything about the UDP. the Pacesetter though, the only negative thing i heard was that they were just about worthless on the DOHC.

it is widely known in the 4g63 and srt4 community that eliminating the harmonic dampner on a inline 4 not only reduces power but also reduces engine life.

wow...this post sure is getting heated....too bad i didnt get my hands in earlier[:@]

i had the pacesetter on my old r/t.....never had any problems with the welds or leaks....only problem i had was with the new flared piece of pipe they included for the nuckle.....that wore out on me...
otherwise it sis pretty good and i had it on the car for about 50,000 miles....its been hanging on the wall sincei got rid of the car and im still debating if i want to put it on the work car or not
i liked it....but thats just me...and das too

So you are saying that a UDP reduces HP? It actually frees up HP, again dyno proven, rather than create HP. The unorthodox pulley is one of the best ones out there also.

I can't speak for SRT-4's or the 4g63 world, but in the 1st gen neon world they work great.

Any dyno results on engine life? Because I don't think a few whp is worth risking your engine. But that's just me again with my wild, different ideas. Damn those liberals!

on higher hp cars such as the srt the UDP's may gain 1-3hp peak but hp is lost in other areas. reducing the area under the curve and engine life is not worth it for a car that 1-3hp really doesnt make a difference on.
