Some people just zip tie it out of the way and others leave the stock battery tray in there but cut up enough to use the part where the relay box sits.

 

i ended up leavin the part that connects the tray to the box on the relay box and drilled a couple holes in it and zip tied it to the bundle that runs over the pcm. looks pretty good. just wish i had some black zip ties.
