Default RE: Circle Track questions

I went to the super upull it in our area every couple weeks this year and bingo I found 4 konis. a header and some other stuff that I was able to use. I would go todegrees6.5 to 7. I am runing 6.2 and it needs a little more on RF. LF 3.5 is perfect.
We run 1/4 and 1/2 mile asphalttrack on alternating laps.

Our track is a 1/3 mile and I will be running a 5 spd sohc. When you guys measure degrees you measure ton the tire? We go by inches the front no more than 2 inches and the rear 1/2 inch

i ran 6 on my RF, and -5 on the LF, the rears i left alone so it would slide.
it all depends on the track your on, speeds, the tires you use and how hard the sidewall is,.. alot of different things to factor in, adjust it till it works right for your setup and driving style.

clay dirt tracks in ohio. i sold my neon, im building a mazda for next year. im tired of blowin up engines constantly. my car was fast on a really big 3/8 - 1/2 miles or smaller than 1/3 mile tracks. the normal size 3/8 i couldnt get it right no matter what gear or tires i used.
