Default White, milky subsatance in oil???

I have a white, milky substance in my oil. It seems to be flooating on the top, and is clearly seperated from the oil. What is it?

No, not water, it seems to be about the same consistency, looks like what two different color paints might look like when first mixed, you know, like little swirls. My car has been overheating. Any idea?

head gasket popped. Coolant is mixing with the oil.

Edit: I almost didn't mention as you already know this is bad, but don't drive it. It doesn't take long for coolant to eat the crank and rod bearings.

My TPS (throttle position sensor) light came on, but I think that's just because I'm running hot and melted some insulation on the wire.

Yes, this is a 1999 model with the MLS gasket, that's why I did'nt expect this to be the issue.
