Default Fuel return question

What would be the best way to setup a fuel return line? Im new to turbo neons and as some of you know I traded my car for a turbo neon. I just wanted to know, and if some one could shoot me to a how to, that would be great. Is it better to do the walbro intake fuel pump w/ the Spoolboy mod? What is the Spoolboy mod? [>:]or an exterior fuel pump? Im lost here....

Thanks in advance.

ok here we go....
on your fuel rail there should be a valve that lookslike the stem on your tires... should be right in the middle...Get a -4an fitting and some braided line the -4an fitting should fit right on the stem, DONT FORGET TO REMOVE THE VALVE. (any car parts store should have the tool for this) Now if you do not have this valve on your fuel rail find one that does... the second gen's have them on the far right side of them if you need one plus they are crome and bolt right on.Now heres where you have some options you can...

A.Get a stock fuel line off a doner car and route it with your other fuel lines to run the extra fuel back off the -4an fitting and braided line. then to your spoolboy.

B. Some people will just run the -4an fitting with the braided line back to the spool boy. However I do not like this idea due to the soft line getting cut or bent while driveing leaving a nice line of fuel running out of the bottom of your car.

eather way its up to you...but you will need a spoolboy modded fuel pump. If you don't allready have one just look on the Dealer/Group buy post or the for sale post on the other forum. You can find them for around 100-150 Theres a guy that does them brand new too.

Hey hater, was the owner your new ride a member of this forum or the .org??? Get us some pics of the motor and everything that dont look stock under the hood that is turbo related and it will help us help you alot more. I may not own a Turbo neon however I'm GOING to do it once I get some bills paid off and I'm able to pay so in the mean time I spend probally 10-15 hours a week doing nothing but reading and reading and reading. So I may have not done it but I could with the knowledge that I have read.

Actually thats a good question. Im not 100% sure, but I will email him and found out.

Now about this spool boy mod, where did you find it for 100-150? everywhere I looked the person wants $275. I think thats a bit much. At least for right now.

spud did you just drill a hole in your canister and then atatch the fuel return to the hole??? So in otherwords you havent got the sending unit upgraded just running the stock fprjust modded it so it would ecept a fuel return.

little more work then that, but basically......
the fuel still runs through the stock regulator, but i can up the pressure by using an external inline fuel pump
