so i bought the 2.4 this morning for $995 with 27k on it.. which it seems like a good deal to me hopefully ill get it swapped in by the beginning of next month.. and hopefully we can get ahold of a Gtech thingy and see the Before and after.. no matter what its going to be SWEET!!!!

which i believe that will really get it up there in performance its not going to be a Really SICK car but its gonna be pretty cool

 

I personally would have bought the $500 ebay turbo kit first. Or the Magnum SOHC on ebay for $400 Thats 150Hp right there Or I would have bought both and had 225 Horse Power.

came out of a breeze... and honestly how many breezes do you know of that race around and beat the **** out of there motors... I mostly just see grandma's drive them... The place he got it from does make sure they run well and compression check them and do a leak down test hell they even give you the car-fax report of the car it came out of... and clean the block too... Hell of a deal in my opinion...

Josh did you ask them if they could get pics of the motor and if it had the manifolds and what not or is it just a long block???

I'm working on the wife about coming down sooner... seems she doesent mind shes going to run to missoula that weekend... shes still concerned your a serial killer though... shes like what if he gets mad at you... his arms are like huge and you wont be able to defend yourself... lol...

It wasa running Motor, only had 35,000 Miles on it. It was from a place that pulls motors and sells them all the time although I forgot their name and can't find em on ebay now they usually have a Magnum SOHC on there every week or so.

I did find an R/T SOHC for $350 thats not likely to go higher because everybody wants DOHC stuff

As you can see none of these are buy it now but the price is still low enough on all 3 where its kind of obvious people have a hard time selling them so they do go CHEAP!

The place said some motors come with manifolds alternators and what not some dont... I was just inquireing if he had asked them like I told him to... So I know what I'm dealing with when I go up there to do the swap...

 

Dangt well my mom let me borrow the money to get the engine and i payed it with Debit card well they called back later and told me tht it was denied.... my mom has a $500 a day limit that can be spent.. so i have to wait to monday and im going to see if they will take out 500 one day and 495 the next day so ill have to wait till prolly wednesday b4 anything even happen and all there doing is sending me paper work which will get here within 10 days and i have to find a business to ship it to and then send the paperwork back.. but i went and asked napa if they would and they said it was alright with them but i would have to ask the owner and they didnt know of any policies of that sort...
