Default eclipse/neon.
so after a little research once i found out my tubo manifold was from a 420a eclipse i come to find it is the same as a DOHC neon does anyone know if the intakes are the same also? if so im doin the obx 420a intake

I really don't know if they are the same, but isn't the eclipse engine the reverse of the Neon? Isn't the exhaust and intakes reversed putting the intake manifold on an eclipse on the firewall side of the car?

yes if he would read earlyier posts he would know that the head is backwards from the neon all though the blocks are the same....

i dont care if they are backwards i know mitsu engines well. i want a side mounted tb and can get a eclipse mani cheap i want to know if the flange is the same the exhaust flanges are the same between the two

Eclipse parts don't work on the neon engine. The head is a different design. Sorry it won't bolt up.

yes actually it will i found out for sure you can bolt up manifolds from the eclipse to the neon ive tested it

Did you bolt it up, hook it up and run the engine with them?

no but it will bolt up you would jus have to get a waterneck from a pt and make it work a lil modding but could be done.
