You cant really tune anything without a flash-able computer. You can use a missing link to hide the boost from the computer, and use a RRFPR to give it the fuel it needs under boost. Which I partly explained up top when I said what PSI of fuel you would need.
The coolant leak could be one of the hoses right next to the knock sensor. I would do some more searching on the turbo setup. One little mistake with fuel or timing the motor will melt down instantly (I had a faulty injector and has this happen on the first WOT pull).

Looks good! Reminds me off my first SOHC all motor setup. I had the same color scheme and everything. I cant see any coolant in the pictures of the knock sensor.

You cant cheap out turbocharging your car. Even if you can a tuned ecu (flashed) you will need to use a wideband and knock sensor to make sure its safe, and if its not the tuner will flash it again. I would do some more reading on other peoples setups. Google the crap out of it.

i am not trying to cheap out the turbo system just tring to get the most out of every thing untill i get the turbo. i did find an srt4 fuel pump on ebay for
FUEL PUMP Dodge Neon SRT-4 SRT4 255LPH for 79 bucks witch is almost half as much as a walbro and the pistons i put in have little cut outs or divits for retarding the timming. just remember this is my daily driver not going to really race it persay just want to be able to play around some

The pistons have little divits for retarding timing? Can you explain this some more? Are you talking about the valve reliefs??? Only DOHC pistons had valve reliefs, so you have DOHC pistons?? A srt-4 255 walboro is the same as a regular neon 255 walboro. The stock srt-4 is not a 255lph, so it must be a knock off if its not a walboro. Mechanical timing has nothing to do with tuning for a turbo, its spark timing. If you want to do it without cheaping it then pick up a megasquirt and the supporting fuel system (walboro 255, return line, fuel regulator, fuel rail, and big injectors). Should only run you around 1,200 or so. Then you will need to pay someone to tune the car which is about $500 if it a dyno tune. If you go through all this trouble I would suggest ditching the ebay turbo kit and buying a bolt on hahn for around $1500-2k. Ebay kit is not direct bolt on, actually far from it and requires much more pieces to finish. The hahn will last a lot longer then the ebay turbo (ebay turbo lasted 2 months for me, less for my friend). That leads us to the gauges. You will need a wideband, oil pressure, and EGT. Run you about $400 or so. Also get one step colder iridium plugs. not to mention 3 bar sensors, oil catches, and many trips to the hardware store. There are other options like AEM FIC over the megasquirt for tuning if needed. Not trying to be a dick but you bought an ebay turbo kit, ebay rebuild kit, and ebay fuel pump. I think you should do more searching before you go forward with this.

Maybe look for a used hahn kit with thew port fueler setup. This would take care of your tuning needs. I would stay away from the ebay turbos. You can use the ebay intercooler kits but thats about it.
