RE: SRT Turbo Checklist
the turbos are pretty small....alot smaller then most....
but the advantage to being so small is the quick spool time.....as soon as i hit the gas its straightto 8psi.....no lag or anything
a stage 2 srt upgrade uses the stock turbo as well......and a stage 2 srt4 can beat a stock STI

RE: SRT Turbo Checklist
our stock bottom ends arent built to handle alot of power.....so unless your motor is built real good, you can kiss beating an sti goodbye...the srt4's have a good bottom end that comes stock
it takes a stage 3 upgrade on an srt4 to beat an sti....but it still uses the stock bottom end......just has a larger turbo, new pcm, and bigger injectors.....
the guy i bought my turbo from only had a port fueler, AGP 50 trim turbo, larger injectors, a few minor other upgrades, and a therman research and development exhaust.......and he was running about 425hp at the wheels
when i get my motor done im gonna start saving for a AGP 50 trim turbo to put on my car....runs about $3,000...but you can find them used for around $1500.......i just think it would be really nice to have a 1st gen neon running 350-400hp.....
