Why dose my neon have disc brakes all the way around then i look at the other one and they have disc brakes on the front and drum on the rear is mine a special model? Please some help i wanna know.[]

 

R/Ts and i think ACR's came with 4 wheel disk. and people do swaps to make the rear disk. but its probably just something that came with the car as an option if it wasn't an R/T. i think the sport coupes and such had an option for the disk but not sure.

nope dont think so. is it a DOHC with a MTX?

 

nope it a sohc with a mopar perfmance auto trans its a pinkish color an it has a stock neon sticker across the front windsheild.. Dose that help a lil it also had A/C and it has ABS brakes and stuff it fully loaded.

 

I had a late 95 / early 96 model SOHC automaticsport coupe with 4 wheel disc. It was an option on the "sport" model cars if i remember right. 2 or 4 door even.

 

My 96 ACR is a sedan . ACR coupes=DOHC engine and ACR sedans=SOHC engine and all were MTX. R/T's are all DOHC with an MTX.

ACR's have the leather wrapped steering wheel and shift ****, 4-wheel disc brakes, and foglight bumpers with no foglights.

If yours is fully loaded, then it's not an ACR. Someone probably just paid for all the extra options. Get some pics up so we can see.

Yes and yes. R/T's were available in sedans also, but all got the DOHC.
