You need a 2nd gen wires for the clocksping as well. The 1st gen connectors don't work very well with the SRT-4 steering wheel.

i removed all the cruise control junk and more horn hasnt worked in a long time
airbags dont bother me either.....

as for what it completely does, im not exactly sure......sumone will chim in later today im sure...
my work car doesnt have a clock spring on it since iremoved the 95 steering wheel and put on one from my old r/t
