Default lifting and finishing the dodge

hopefully this website won't let me type all this info and then tell me I can't post it. here we go:
I have a 1987 dodge d150 2wd with a 318cu in 5.2l v8 STOCK from the floor up. bought it for $350. motor was in good shape transmission had the wrong fuid (not mopar). then I did:

1. new taillights (chr) 9. changed all fluids
2. headlights 10. tune up
3. headlight doors (chr) 11. grille (chr)
4. stereo 12.grille frame (new alum)
5. speakers 13. all lights
6. good used tires 14. front and rear bumpers (chr)
7. windshield wipers 15. front valance
8. fixed tailgate handle 16. door mirrors (new alum)
17. driver door hinge 17. split dual exhaust 12in chrome tips
18. new brakes and drums and hardware.

I bought a set of new michelin ltx m/s 31x10.50 r15 and a set of chrome CRAGAR QUICK TRICKS (97%) blemish free for a good deal. But the rims are 6-lug 15x10 and I need 5-lug 5on5.5 bolt pattern.

how much room is needed to fit 31's new springs will add 1-1.5in then spacers will give another 2-3in is this enough? what is the cheapest way?
plz help my wife is on me about finishing. still need a
1. all black paint job or a red wine color
2. sliding rear window
3. step brackets

I am in four oaks, NC which is on I95 just north of the I40 junction and the name of the u pull it junk yard is LKQ, but I have been checking there with no luck not to mention that my job isn't very convenient for getting off before 5:00pm. how about the amount of lift?

springs and a 2" body lift should be enough
if you still have a problem, it will most likely be the front fender bottom corner in front of the tire.
You may have to trim 1" to 2" off

I went with 15x8 5on5.5 chrome bullet hole rims they look great I still the 15x10 6on5.5 they look like 320 cragar quick tricks if anyone wants them $250 thanx. and of course this proce is nego.

alright new question the front bumper that I bought is all chrome and no bumper guards so of course I don't want to bend or dent it.
the mounting brackets that I have came out of a junk yard bumper that did have guards on it I tried to attach them to my mine didn't work.
are there diff. ones for bumpers with no guards or am I doing something wrong? I can get some from www.ezbodyparts.com but ddon't want to end up buying the same thing that I already have.

The junk yard where you bought them should be able to answer your question using their computer cross over system.
