Yeah it looks similar to that. I orig. thought that it was a 2 barrel. But the guy at autozone told me that there was as one barrel for cali trucks at the time? I had thought this to be correct due to the fact that on my 68 chevy 250 the hole for the air cleaner is just about the exact same size. I'm new to mopar so thanks for all ya'lls help.

I've got an 83 d150 4bbl 727 trans, 3.23 gears it got 15 pulling 5500 lbs, it has a hydrogen booster I made, when I first bought it it made 12.
Also gotta 89 w150 tbi 727 trans, 3.20 gears, I haven't checked it for sure but as a round guess its making 18-20 HW, 14-15 town, still has bugs to work out. Great pickups.

i don't think i would really trust the guy behind the counter at a place like autozone. i know everywhere i look it say 2 barrel. now since you live in cali i would guess you have the lean burn system with the feedback carb that most people do not like because when things start going bad they can be a pain to troubleshoot.

Last weekend in an attempt to get well acquainted with my newly purchased ram, i had to drive from the mountains of NC to our coastline and back again, over 700 miles in all. Down at sea level at 65mph (which seems to be my engine's sweet spot for efficiency), at approximately 70 degrees outside @ 60% humidity, using Mobile 1 Synthetic 10w-30, on my first fill up i got 17.34mpg, and on my second i averaged 18.35. After i filled up the first time i checked my tire pressure, and my back tires had gotten really low, some 15psi lower than what they should have been. So they were topped off to 40psi. Which is where the extra mpg came from. I am still running the smog pump for now. I'll be taking the belt off when i get a chance to see how that helps.

These figures include 1oz of seafoam per gallon of gasoline as well.

18.35 aint too shabby for a heavy, underpowered V8 i reckon!

318's came with a 2 barrel in the 80's. most common was the lean burn type which had no air/fuel mixture screws. i believe there was a 4barrel option in the 70's, but your local autozoner is probably thinking of the slant 6.
