Nice shifter - did you make it or buy it somewhere?

As far as cupholder goes, isn't that what the wife's for?

my dad use to just set his drink on the dash. as long as he never had a "watch this" moment it was fine. i have seen some people buy a cheap center console and cut it up to make it fit nice on the floor.

Bought the shifter at autozone and after a few adjustments to the instalation kit, it fits pretty good. Alright i'll see what i can find and get back with more updates.

I put 3 cheap plastic cup holders in my truck. If you lift the vent window weather stripping you can hook one between the weather strip and the door metal on each door. I hooked one between the dash and the gage trim piece just above my ac/heater controls.

hmm might have to look into that idea too. I'm thinking about getting a 2 or 3 inch lift. What y'all think?

add on to my last question, which should i get, body or supension lift kit. I'm mainly looking to add bigger tires and just give it a little general height, not looking to go off roading.

a body lift would probably be easier since it is a lot harder to find a suspension lift for the front.

well i think im going suspension anyways. Everyone i've asked said to go suspension because bodylifts mess up a lot of things. Its more expensive but oh well. Anyone know any good brands that work well?

Ive been thinking of lifting mine too since the front sits lower than the back. I heard you can put 1 ton springs up front to get I think one to two inches of lift. But I believe they are siffer. Summit racing sells shocks than give you 1-2" of lift too. I'd like to do a body lift with it also. The only one I found was 3" at summit racing I think for $168. I'd rather have 1.5-2".

if you get a suspension lift it messes up a lot of things too. usually if you get a suspension lift in the front you will have to take you truck to have a front end alignment done.
