How much lift are you looking for?

Coil springs in front? Could put blocks in the rear, those are likely still available, don't know if anyone makes spring spacers for the front or not.....

i got a long bed D150 the only thing i found for these is a 1.5" lvling kit. all kinds of blocks for the rear, body lift kits. nothing really for the front. disappointing kinda but kinda not as old as these trucks are.
drop kits galore and sure as heck don't wanna drop the girl she sits low as it is.

Looks to be the standard height for 2WD in the pic. There is not much that can be done with the control arm suspension as you found out. They do make lift spindles but not for your year.

You can probably get an inch on the front suspension with a poly coil spring spacer, or heavier duty coils. Do a 1" block on the rear. Do another inch of body lift (not outwardly noticable).

Also, if its about fitting a bigger tire... 33" already fits on the rear, and you dont really need bigger on the front.
