97 ram no spark no fuel help please
97 ram. Had tranny and transfer rebuilt. Then the fuel pump went. Replaced it then lost spark to coil. Have replaced coil, pickup coil, crank sensor, ecu twice, still no power to coil or injectors and fuel pump not pumping when you turn the key. I need guidance if anyone can give some

Think I would check for the ASD relay. This does send power to coil, injectors ect. See if it is closing when you turn on the ignition. (you should be able to feel it click when some one turns the key to run position) If your not sure you can pop off the cover of the relay and see it make contact. If you don't see or feel it closing then you could swap places with another relay. May just be a bad relay.

I tested to relay. One spot gets 12v key off another 12v with key on. Relay has continuity where it should, hokked up jumper wires and it clicked and held continuity put jumpers in place of relay and had solid 12v to coil and injectors but they would not pulse or fire up. No cel and fuel pump not priming when key on. Don't know where to go from here

That doesn't mean anything if the engine won't run. You need to get a scan tool on it (or at least a code reader) and see what's going on...or not going on.
If it ran before you pulled the trans out to rebuild it, then you need to re-trace your steps. Make sure you didn't smash the wiring harness or a pigtail somewhere. If you damage or short certain sensors, you can take down the entire PCM functionality. Smashing the crank sensor wiring is very common when people do trans swaps in these, but since you said you replaced it, I am assuming you didn't do that.
You need to get the ball rolling first, then we can help you along.

Try swapping the relays around, like with the horn relay if the horn works the relay is good. And try checking for codes. http://dodgeram.info/Engine-Gas/OBDI/pcm_fault_code.htm
