Truthfully, I don't see an issue at all with this. He was just offering some advice to use that vehicle as a reference. Big deal. Just relax folks.

Low post count doesn't mean he's an idiot when it comes to mechanics.
He could have been a Cummin's tech for the last 15 years, and your gonna dismiss because of a low post-count?
We have people on this forum with thousands of posts that are plain dumb (like, they hang out in off topic, and when they get into threads in the tech forums, they repeat suggestions that were posted days ago).
It looks like most of Coal Trains posts are in the Cummins section, and their not like, "Yea, +1 lol"; their actual useful information.

Just an FYI

He who takes post counts as a sign of knowledge, lacks it.

Here's a hint.

You see those power numbers for Sidewinder? I make more than that. Without nitrous, without alcohol, without propane.

I can push a truck that weighs close to 8000 lbs down the 1/4 in under 12 seconds (11.70 - 11.83). And it gets driven EVERYDAY.

Do I know how to build a Cummins and the systems to support it? Yeah, that's an understatement.

Still wanna knock a "post count". My post count is low here because I don't come here very much.........for the very reasons that are displayed in this thread. If you take my counts from ALL the other boards I'm on, it's up around 20K if that makes ya feel any better. Most of those are helping guys actually build trucks, race trucks, getting better dyno and fuel mileage numbers, etc., not telling them to look somewhere else or to something that WILL NOT resemble what they are trying to accomplish.

To the OP, if you have questions about doing this, PM me. You have a few buddies that aren't helping your endeavor.

Coal, just to clarify, that's all, not to start some fight, User was using it as a reference. Not saying to do it just like the Sidewinder. That's what he exactly meant. Truthfully, I never saw a reason for an argument. If you didn't see it eye-to-eye, fine. Reason why I am saying this too is the OP asked a specific question, so, we should stay on that topic and tend to his question as I am sure he doesn't want to worry about this extra argument and just get an direct answer...am I right OP? Just trying to help out here.

Peace.
