Well did some more work on it. Fixed the pinion angle as it needs to be parallel to the transmission. which is about 2 degree down, and the pinion is 2 up.

Also found the paper gasket doesn't work. So im going to have drain it all out and redo the fluids... so more $$$. Going to just use some RVT as that stuff seals anything.

aint that the truth. i lost the little rubber nose piece for my safety glasses i use when grinding metal so i made a new nose bridge from RTV. kinda ghetto, but what ever.

rtv is ok to use as a gasket on diff covers ya silly s.o.b.

That's what they used from the factory on my '05. Loctite Instant Gasket will work too, used that when I did my diff as I managed to lose the RTV I bought during the change somehow

Was busy with valentines day and what not, and now it's family day so I can't pick up metal today :@ was going to re-brace the front.

Well it got some sun today, still want to find out why one side is sitting higher, hopefully the springs just settle down...
