what a bad week. electrical issues possibly
so after the hassle of changing my oring on my injector. i get off work like usual and go and try and start my truck. bogs down at like 400rpms and i try cranking it and nothing. im thinking oh ****. i try again and notice the fuel pump isnt buzzing. then i start to curse like a sailor. i call billy, talk to him. long story short after i bang on the bottom of the tank and jiggle the wires she fires right up and i make it home. i just tested the fuel pump pressure and its perfect so it leads billy to believe its electrical issues. oh and one of the valve cover bolts wasnt screwd in and oil was dripping all over my header. got that fixed though.

Yeah man, I would grab a multimeter and get to work. I would start with the fuzes, relays and connections. Ensure they are all connected and you don't have a short or improper ground. By the fuel pressure being good and you wiggling the wires to get power to the pump suggest to me electrical.

well im getting raped for every penny i have now. drove to the gym this morning, then to the grocery store with no problems. then i go to leave the store and nothing. 2hrs in the parking lot kicking the fuel pump ect. had to get it towed, and now getting diagnosed at the dealer. frustrated as hell right now.

oh and for the valve cover oil drip. i tightened down the nut and it was still dripping on the exhaust manifold. i guess it could be the gasket isnt good or not in all of the way, but i just noticed it. i have to take another look at it when i get my truck back but i dont want to start a fire since its dripping right on the pipe and smokes like crazy.

You said it was leaking from the corner of the vc so I would guess it would have to be the gasket.
