Default Need advice on muliple misfire codes

My daughter has a 2001 3.9 Dakota.

I have done the following 2 months ago:
New Plugs
New Plug Wires
New Dist Cap and rotor
New Cam shaft pos. sensor
New Crankshaft pos. sensor

The truck just started running rough again and I am getting the following fault codes. 300, 301, 303 and 305. They are obviously cylinder misfires. Any suggestions what else could be causing this?

Thank you folks in advance

Oddly enough cylinders 1 3 and 5 are all on the same side. I would check the order which you have the wires hooked up.

Thanks guys. Bought a coil tonight and will install tomorrow and make sure I didn't mess up the order of the wires. I'll post back. Thank you both for the suggestions.

Default Same codes.

Hello all . I have a 08 ram 5.7 . I get the same misfire code's only after hitting a rough bumps on right side. Tried to see if it would happen on left side . Tried to hit the same patch with left side no problems. Any advice on why it is right side only ?

7 Year old thread, and you are in the wrong section. You want to be in the 3rd gen ram tech section.
