2001 headlight issue

Just in low beam? Hopefully it's the socket otherwise it sounds like the CTM then.
Take the headlight out. With a testlight or meter, from the violet with white tracer wire to a clean ground you should have 12 volts. Make sure there is no corrosion.
We can test the wiring from the CTM if that doesn't work.

As crazy as it sounds have you checked the bulb, just in case something weird is going on with it?
If so, are you able to troubleshoot some wiring?
Disconnect the battery. Take the bulb out.
Pull connector 3 on the CTM. It's the smallest connector.
Find the pins that have the light green with brown tracer wire AND the violet with white wire.
There should be NO continuity between the wires. If there is, there is a cross short.

Where is the CTM located? I have everything hooked up properly Viol/white to Lowbeams and Gr/Brown to highbeams with NO high beams or Low beams... I have 1 single black wire that has power to it and when I connect it to either the Vio/White wire or the G/Brown wire I get power to that light. I am baffled.

The black wire comes from, I believe the CTM. The weird thing is that once I hooked up the Green/Brown wire up to the headlight plugin, my drivers side head light would flash on/off constantly. I am completely lost now.
