Default engine noise

I used brake cleaner to clean my throdle body and now I hear my valve chatter
When I hair the gas at low rpm.
1998 Dodge Dakota next cab 3.9L manual trains

Could it be pinging you hear, rather than valve clatter?

There are several things that can make your engine ping, but I can't think of any that would be caused by cleaning your throttle body.

When you cleaned it did you take it off the truck and take the sensors out?

Some stuff isnt sensor safe and can wipe them out.
