Fuel filter
Bad fuel filter will cause poor performance, will stumble at high rpms, randomly shut off and hard starts.
Whats the specs on your truck. If its anything above 13mpg you are about normal. Tune up(plugs, wires, cap and rotor) When was the last time it was done?. Is your throttle body dirty at all? Plentum gasket good? No check engine light?

I don't know the exact MPG. Didn't do the math yet but I deliver pizzas and normally don't go through a full tank in 2 days. Didn't deliver that much either. The spark plugs and wires were changed about 3-4 months ago not the cap and I clean the throttle body once a month as it gets dirty fast. I dont know what a plentum gasket is. air bag is the only light thats on

Bad O2's? They do get slow after a while.

Usually you'll have a CEL.
A good scan tool can do it under "live" data. You can pull the wires and measure the output. It needs to be hot though.
Short trips, lots of idling, will kill your mileage. Track it for a bit and see what you get.

I assume pizza delivery is not a new job, so it's easy for you to know.
Many auto parts stores will assist with codes. Obviously, air bag alarms won't kill mileage, so looking at O2 codes are a quick find. Mine have never triggered the CEL, and always have an error. There may actually be something wrong with the air mixture too. No codes and changing your sensors will not cure that.... just force you to look while still having the same errors.
What is it, the IAC or something.

Good luck!
