Dodge did a good job hiding it on us.

Drivers side, near the bottom of the radiator and on the side of the radiator. It's not on the back like EVERY (almost?) other radiator. You should feel a small tube there. Just turn it to loosen.

I don't think there's a good way to actually see the thing. It's more by feel.

Yeah driver side near the bottom part of the rad.

It only turns 45 degrees and takes forever to drain.

You might consider just loosening the lower hose too.

The little drains suck I never use them if you want to flush the system pull off the lower rad hose drain fill run till hot pull hose again fill repeat three times if you want the rest out let the little drain finish it for you as you watch TV for the next hour.

The little drains suck and may even snap off on you then you need a new Rad

The automotive manufactures have done a great job of making it very hard for you to want to work on your auto thats why in the 90’s they started incasing everything in shrouds everything is shrouded covered in plastic. They moved the lower rad hose up mid rad to stop you from pulling the rad hose off and moved the rad cap location away from easy access and a number of other things.

I think they did this for two reasons

1. Make it very safe and Idiot proof
2. Stop the customer from wanting to do his own maintenance so you take it to them for anything needed.

The nanny police in action we are all Idiots is how they think.

Agree draincock takes forever to drain. Easier to take the lower radiator hose off the thermostat housing and drain it.

I use one of these and just suck it out from the top. Only takes a couple of minutes and makes no mess.

I have a 3-car garage, but it's never big enough.

I just pulled the lower hose where it goes into the water pump when I changed my thermostat.
