Default 04 dakota wont start

I went through some puddles yesterday and it was driving good for while then when i got to the main road i noticed the check engine light and it wouldnt go over 3000 rpm when i floored it. I let it sit for a while later and it started up and stalled twice. Now it turns when i try to start it but doesnt fire up.. got the codes on the dash p0068 and p0513 the first time but now im just getting pDone.. i tried reseting it by dissconecting the battery for a while but it still wont start. Any advice would be appreciated!

Something got wet.... Might be the connections at the PCM, might be the distributor.... (depending on which engine you have.....)

I took out and dried all the spark plugs to get it running again but i have to unplug the intake air temperature sensor and floor it to make it start up. Now the rpm is all over the place and i dont think its shifting into gear now. Couldnt go very fast in my area but i was hitting over 3000 rpm only accelerating a little bit..

p0068 is a map sensor/throttle position sensor correlation problem. You may have gotten either one wet. Hopefully it isn't the map sensor or you likely took a big slug of water into the airbox. Replace them.

P0513 is a SKIM key issue. That'll keep you from starting. The SKIM module doesn't recognize the key.
