The heater selector switch is stuck blowing heat into the cab and won't switch to the defroster.

Your '02 has electric actuators. Can you see/hear them moving? Watch the linkages, they may have broken.

If you have to replace the actuator then calibrating it requires a DRB.

Chrysler scan tool, that most dealerships don't have any more. You can find them used on EBay and such though, but, they sure aren't cheap.

Great info... When did the electric actuators start?
