In a dakota? I think trying to stuff 'em both in together would be difficult, at best.....

The torque converter on the old transmission wasn't fully seated and smashed into the pump, so I just swapped out transmissions and converted the 4x4 transmission out of the parts ram I had to 2wd, only problem now is the exhaust won't bolt up because the transmission line needs to be bent up and off to the side somehow

Yeah I think so, there the same ones as on the V6, just gotta pull them up over the starter
