Default 04 Dodge Dakota Headlight Help?!

The passenger side headlight will not work in my 04 Dakota. The bulb is fine. I got a new socket which I rewired one at a time so I know it was done correctly. I just tried switching the CTM A and CTM B fuses to see if it were the fuses and apparently both fuses are fine as they both worked when plugged into CTM B. But neither one would make the passenger headlight come on. What now?!

Does the bulb have a good ground?

Do a quick reset. Pull the battery terminals, short them together and turn on the lights or turn key to crank for a sec. Replace and see if it helps.

It's also possible the driver for the bulb failed in the CTM. May need repair/replacement.
