Lol!

But on a serious note...you can start with: cold air intake, longtube header, Comp 400 Camshaft, Unorthodox Underdrive Pulley, DOHC pistons, full catback exhaust, 60mm TB, P&P Cylinder head/Intake manifold and port match. Those are for starters...

03neonrt: taken if someone added those suggested mods, what number range do you think that would make.

If you added ALL of those mods (and all the P&P work was agressive and well done) then you would probably be in the 150-160 range...which is about the max your going to see on the 2.0 without going to a much larger cam (#005) and something like MS'n'S, among other things.

would the longtube header be compatible with all 2gens without cutomizing the exhaust?

Well, anyone with a Magnum head would need to buy a LTH with Magnum ports. However, in any case you would need to remove the catalyctic converter for the LTH to fit, and then either keep it removed or have it welded back in after the header on the midpipe.

The long tube header will bolt up to the rest of the exhaust system. A flex pipe may be needed...but I'm not 100% positive either way.
