Is there anything you can do when a damn cop is following you for no apparent reason? It just happened to me on my way home. I was driving through my usual route which includes a good amount of backstreets. I have nothing to hide so I just drove how I usually do but the damn cop kept following me. I know he was waiting for me to screw up or something because I always take the same route and hardly EVER see any cops there. I also noticed that he was persistent on staying right behind me, if a carsomehow got in front of himhe would go to the next lane then get behind me again. It pissed me off really bad, I wanna say he followed me a two or three miles

 

pull off into a parking lot and see if he follows, if he does say can i help you officer, or how you doing today officer.

 

really there is nothing u can do, when i have them follow me like that i just make sure to not screw up, i keep my car at low rpm, and never get the car to blow off..... i do not want to give them a reason to pull me over.....

 

They always follow me its kind of fun knowing Im not going to do anything when they are behind me . Just dont do anything and they cant do anything to you.

 

Thats weird. Isn't that harassment? Not that we could do anything if it were [:@]

 

lol thats funny cuz i was on my way home from class one day and this purple 5.0 mustang pulled up next to me...well i happened to look in my rear view mirror and noticed that a sheriff, you know the ones with no lights on top just in the front and back of their car...Well this guy that he would be a badass and show off and when it turned green he took off and i just coasted it as i watched the sheriff pull out from behind me and pulled him over. Never laughed so hard in my life LOL!

 

If you do this and he follows you he WILL most likely find a reaon to ticket you most times. though you can do this if you KNOW you've done nothing wrong and just act like you're going inside the store. this is the most risky way to do it. but it could be effective because if he follows you and you get out and his lights arnt on you can really voice your oppinion and he cant do anything because you're out of your car and if he hasnt pulled you over yet. and if you did do something on the road he would have pulled you over. so if you're out of your car after he had a chance to pull you over he cant turn on his lights and decide to ticket you after you question him about following you..

it's a 50/50 shot. feeling lucky do it. just continue on home and dont do anything wrong. set the cruise control, come to complete stops, use your turn signals. lol



I love it when this happens!! especially to a mustang and his "badass" owners I LOVE IT!

Pull into a dunkin donuts or tim hortons, he'll forget why he was following you. I've been "followed", but only thing my car could get pulled over for is it being some what loud.

Well I just kept on my way home driving like I always do, which is pretty much by the book. It's just annoying as hell. I felt like pulling over on the side of the road and asking him why he was following me. If I didn't do anything wrong there should be no reason to follow me.
