Default Spring/strut advice

Also next weekend, it's time for new struts on the car. Anyone have any good recommendations? OEM? KYB? 80,000 miles on the old so they are over-due. I'm contemplating dropping it 1.5" as well, so obviously cost will play a roll in whether or not I do the drop... which obviously will play a role in which struts I chose, possibly even coil-overs. I'm not just looking for performance, but reliability, since I drive quite a bit to go to work throughout the week. Any decent road-proven advice would be great.

Yeah... got tired of using my name as well, my name... figured location/car suited me better for a screen-name.

I asked him about them. He said that he will be getting an air ride soon so he is taking these out. He says that they are a year old and have 20,000 miles on them. i asked how much drop, he simply just said the drop you see in his photo gallery. Maybe he doesnt know how many inches. He did tell me that he bottoms out on big bumps. and he said that he pad $300 for them.

he pretty summed it up. its like a 2" drop no rubbing. if u have da tokicos u shouldnt have a problem wit bottoming out. but yea Air ride is da reason why im selling them
