Default Newb Here. Question regarding rolling rear auto locks

Anybody know how to turn this feature off? I search the forum but couldn't find the answer.

welcome to df, are u talking antilock breaks?? if so u can "turn off" them by unpluging the sensor to each wheel... but with that u will get a abs light on ur dash display.... hope i helped, and if not post again once again welcome to DF

Dang you guys are quick with the responses. Awesome!! However I was referring to how the rear doors lock after hitting about 20 miles an hour.

i am not sure about that.... i know there is a sensorthat activates them, but as on location i am not sure...

why would you want to turn this off?

you guys lucky enough to have electric locks (I don't)..all you do is hit one button after you stop to unlock all the doors?

True... but he ^^ posted another thread on this yesterday as well, and the question got answered in that one...

I personally dont find it to be that annoying, but thats just my preferrence (or lack of it) I guess.

The locks are activated by whats called the speed sense wire which is hooked up to the module under your dash. Im not sure iuf you can disable that feature but you can get an aftermarket alarm and have the doors all unlock when you turn off the key!! Just an option

on mine it locks all four doors, but when you pull the handle on any door from the inside it unlocks. without haveing to pull the lock up by hand. I dont see it as a prob in any way.lol Especially in some of the areas I have to drive through in phoenix. Wouldnt want someone snatching the door open and jacking my car at light. lol
