Thank you darth. Also thank you tejes that's what I will checking next. Although I figured something out yesterday that may be my answer, my new computer shows up today so I will let you know if it works when I get the new comp in.

 

I got another computer plugged it in and started the car. The car started and but again terribly, but this time it idles very high. It goes high then a little lower and it keeps doing this while its running. What could this mean?

 

If there is no vacuum leaks, it could be the IACV idle air control valve or the control circuit. Which would mean wiring / connector problem or the PCM.
