Introduce Yourself Here!
Hello, My name is Rodante.
I'm 21 years young, have 3 kids and a beautiful wife.
My weapon of choice is a 2001 dodge neon 4 door, ugliest purple available, although i beleive it is labeled as dark burgandy.
MY secondary is a 2002 Mazda 626, metallic blue.
I was born in alaska, and have only recently moved from it to florida, and now to Indiana. I live 10 miles from downtown indianapolis, and about 3 miles from the O'Reilly's Motor Speedway.
My purpose for being on DF is to obviously talk about neons, but also to learn about my own, as it is bone stock.
I'd like to start off with basic HP upgrades, bolt ons; as you will.
I work at an O'Reilly's autoparts distribution center, so I get bone cheap parts, so hopefully that will help me build my neon up. Plan on racing at the OMS in the summer season.
Thankyou for having me and I hope to posr many a thread about my ugly little car ^.^
Will get some pics of my babies as soon as possible.

Tim Boles here, checking in from raleigh nc,
25, wife and 2kids(and one in the oven) and i do courior work for a company in durham...
in my rare spare time I try to sort out my 1984 Nissan Silvia S12(old 200sx in the states) that I've sorted out an FJ20ET and am now trying to get it into the car lol... i frequent the club-s12.org forums as well. We have a 2g neon nut on our forum ( i see you hiding jason lol)
I currently drive a 97 Mitsubishi Mirage DE, nothing special... i paid 400bucks for it and have been driving it for months with little trouble and getting +42mpg.i also have a 99 E150 that is the work horse
anyway, as if by an accident fate or something... I've fallen into an 04 R/T I think, it just says "magnum 2.0" on the trunk. Black on black, 5speed with 35k on the dash. I haven't had much time with it yet, but I like the car so far, its still not legal yet so i cant drive it yet
this is the first american car Ive really owned, and by far the newest car Ive owned yet... Ive got to say by first impressions i'm well... impressed.
the ride was firm but not back jarring, pulled pretty hard and was well equipped too... looks good too, the wheels are nice and fat and look like they've got a lot of traction surface, could be a quick lil autoXer
I don't really see myself modding this car what with the s12 and all, but maybe that will change in time... I just wanna keep her running for now
I don't have Pics yet but if you want to see my S12's and other cars Ive owned, goto www.photobucket.com and lookup my SN. (euro s12 is the one i'm working on now)
thanks and i hope to be a big help and become closer to the community

Hey everybody, been on the forum for a few years now, but in the 2nd gen Ram forum. Just bought a 2005 Dodge Neon SXT AUTO w/ 38k miles for $6300. I live in New York. So far the car is great. Gonna be using it as my commuter for work, gas was getting overboard on the ram lol. Here's some pics, and thanks to anyone that has helped me already in the questions I've asked in the last few weeks.

hey everyone. I'm a Tiburon owner but my fiancee has a 2004 Dodge Neon SXT with 99,7XX miles.... i usually drive my tiburon during the week but on the wknds i drive the neon since we have a baby and its more practical getting the baby out of the neon rather than the 2 door tib.
so far i've started "experimenting" with the neon:
-Custom Spectre Short Ram Intake
-Painted the stock wheels glossy black
-Painted the Brake Calipers blue
-Smoked Tail lights
-LED license plate light
-6k HIDs
-5% window tint
-SRT4 Spoiler (has yet to be installed)
-Clear Corners
the sxt probably wont get an exhaust, headers, lowering springs, etc since its a family car... but who knows the modding on this car is relatively cheap compared to my tiburon.. next on the list of mods is a CF srt-4 hood, led tail lights, halo headlights, and some 18" MSR wheels with a matching blue lip.

and here's my tiburon

Hey everyone, I'm Jessica and I'm 20. I've got a red '03 Neon sxt. Sorry, I don't have any exterior pictures yet (coming soon!) but I've got pictures of my recent headliner customization
Every peice you see that's still cream colored is soon to be painted red. The pillars have also been painted black. I love it!

Hello everyone, my name is Josh. I am 36 and an avid neon lover. I have owned 5 neons in my day and I currently own a *GASP* 2000 Plymouth neon, but I am doing everything I can to remove "plymouth" from my car
I have recently moved down from Alaska where I purchased my neon and drove the AlCan down here to Chico, CA.
This is a picture of it just after I sanded down the clearcoat to get ready for some primer and body work.

and a bit of where she is at now
http://www.kidzroomfurniture.com/Pic...car2/side1.jpg
I also removed the plymouth sailing ship from the front and handcut a bloodwood insert. I am a woodworker so it was only fitting
http://www.kidzroomfurniture.com/Pic...ar2/emblem.jpg
Still lots of work to go but eventually I am looking to do the color in a matte finish Shimrin' Teal
http://www.kidzroomfurniture.com/Pics/car/car2/teal.jpg
Anyways, nice to be a part of a neon group and I have been groovin' on all the different styles of neons I have seen here.
p.s. Don't mind that the primer coat looks badly masked, It was mainly for body work and highlighting bad areas. The pro-painter will do a much better job of masking most assuredly
Peace!
