Nice! Thats pretty sweet. Why didn't you ship it to LA where you live? Life is good for me I am getting ready to buy a house, I climb cell phone towers for a living now. Making WAYYYY more than I did as an E-3 in the dorms haha.

Well, got the e-Fans installed, but the Derale controller is a dud.
It has power, ground, and all the inputs right up to the box, but nothing happens.

So I rigged it as a direct hook up... I'll have to poop the hood and turn one fan on when I start up, and again to shut it down when done, until I get the replacement.

What I will say is, these fans (16" Spal) do an excellent job of cooling... just one takes 100°F off the core temp... 78°F ambient temp, idling, no fans running, inlet core temp 203°F, outlet core temp 193°F... turn 1 fan 'on' and temp drops like a rock... in ~30sec the inlet temp was 187°F and the outlet temp was 85°F.

Tomorrow I'll see who will get me a replacement the quickest (MudFlaps or Derale).

drove the truck today!!! damn shes got some get up now! gonna drive it again tomorrow.

gotta crawl under it. seems as though, the driveshaft, or something is coming into contact with the exhaust, or frame, or underside of the cab.

other than that, all i can say is woooooooooooooow. its like a brand new truck!
