And if his plenum pans are any indication of what he does, I bet those tb's are good too.
If you had been paying attention to my build thread you would have seen that I bought a 50mm tb from him. Thing is smooth as a babys butt and loons brand new. He completely rebiilds them.

I was mostly paying attention. Just not where you got your parts from.
I'm driving it around!!
Took a few days to replace ball joints, tie rods, drag link, track bar, new hubs, axle u-joints, steering shock, steering box and shaft (with Borgeson parts)... Got an alignment, filled her up with gas and it was all worth it! What a difference...
Up and running with my new FI Airgap, and a few other goodies.
Tonight's initial test drive feels promising... definitely more going on under the bonnet (sorry, hood)... improved throttle response, and a more throaty sound... I'll have more feedback after I get a few tanks through it.
Installed was; Hughes FI Airgap, Holley 52mm billet throttle body, Bosch #0280155784 4 port injectors (23.7lbs/hr@49psi), all new sensors, PCV valve, Cloyes double roller timing set, water pump, Stant 180° thermostat, and starter... new plugs scheduled for over the weekend.
Sounds exciting! How hard was the air gap to install?
i spent $80 on fuel for my 2 beasts. been driving the ramcharger around today. showed my dad what would happen in my ramcharger if you put the skinny peddle to the floor at 50km/h on a wet road . the back end just starts going sideways.
Drove it again - 3rd day this week. Had almost forgotten how much more comfortable a ride it is....and how well the AC works. Was 106 degrees here today.
