Haven't done anything to it yet today, but before I go to check the mail I'm gonna have to refix the tailpipe. I think my beercan coupling came loose. I've got 4 months to redo the exhaust before Insp. comes due.

Took the airbox off to check if there was any oil in the throttle body, since I was about a 1/2 quart low on oil, but it was spotless, sorta. Then changed the air filter. Also noticed my lower radiator hose hasn't gotten warm or hot lately. Maybe a new thermostat this weekend is in order

After reading tons of reviews, I finally chose an HID Kit. I got it from amazon since I'm installing it myself and the price was super sweet!

Brand: Innovited
Bulb: 55W 6000k single beam (Low)

I did find a bit of info on the melting of harness/housings due to the 55W. If you have installed AFTERMARKET headlamps, do NOT use the 55W; it will burn the housing.

I'm not 100% sure this is true, BUT I don't think I would risk it. I'm still using the stock housing which is perfectly safe according to the "internet". Hopefully they arrive by this Saturday. I'll be posting a link to a YouTube video I'll make to show my own step by step. I'm not a pro so don't expect some fancy TV show quality type production haha! Shaky iPhone cam and YouTube upload!

I would also like to see before/after shots of light output. Preferrably in the same location.

Yesterdays Lesson Learned : Unless it's a Wrangler, don't take the doors off.

Over the weekend:

Installed my Heated/Power towing mirrors
Installed my clear Recon Cab Lights
Installed my FASS DRP fuel pump
Installed my MBRP 5"-to-6" stainless tip (only got this because I was offroading last summer and ended up bending the **** out of my MBRP 5" exhaust near the tip)
Removed my Putco Stainless bed rails (hated them anyway)
Installed my Kobalt bed toolbox
