What Did You Do To Your 2ND GEN RAM Today?
I just used AC/Fuel Line Disconnect tools and popped the lines apart, removed the old seals, and I coated all the new seals in PAG oil and put them where the old seals were and re-assembled the lines. It's not bad at all.
Did the fuel pump the fun way today. Of course it failed with a full tank so no way in hell I was siphoning and /or dropping that. This is the now the 3rd one in 130k km's...let's hope this one is better quality.
Don't worry, I've had to replace sections of the lower rockers and glass the cab corners. I thank the guys who drilled holes for a body kit that was on it and neglected to undercoat internally. Definitely was not without issues when I bought it.
Nice move there Oxy. Will keep that in mind if/when mine poops too.
Went wheeling Saturday to Hell Hole. Goal this time, get off the trail in the daylight and no winching.
Goals accomplished.
Can't get to any pictures at the moment.
On way home that evening though...hit a bear.
Adolescent. Back was below my bumper (33"). Came from the left and hit with passenger tire. Mid back or rear end of him. Rolled over with both tires at about 25-30mph. Held on and pulled over about half block. He wasn't there in the road. Nothing was out of whack on the truck. Drove good and no alignment issues for the 40 min left to get home. Had to have crushed him good. Came out of residential woods (1 mile outside of Georgetown) so was probably trash scavenging and needed to go down. No mama to be seen that I could tell. So that's the biggest wildlife encounter to-date.

A BEAR? Glad I don't have the problem around here..... Deer, on the other hand, are EVERYWHERE........
Must be one tough bear to get ran over by a truck, and still manage to get away.....

They were driving a Chrysler Sebring at the time, didn't do too much damage.
That's kinda what I suspect...... being run over just isn't something you can easily 'get over'.
