Mt answer to my seat problems was replacing the left seat with a right seat out of another truck. Nice to set level again. I'll spray the last seat swap because I couldn't find a tan seat

Well, finally got around to it, pulled the starter, looks like the trigger stud had been repaired before, so I did it again, didn't put the stud back in it, instead I soldered two 16g wires and fed them through the hole, put a connector on it and soldered it, under the truck I cut the trigger wire and installed a connector, got it back together and it works flawlessly lol, the thrush muffler sounds so quiet. But has a good tone to it I now don't feel like a cop magnet, and yes a tip makes a difference in sound lol
Also got around and tightened up the TV cable, it was way loose and tightening makes it feel like the truck is more there

Put some RTV or something around the hole on the starter, to keep the nasty stuff out.

I put in a reconditioned steering gear in the truck yesterday. Everything seemed to go smoothly and after I bled the system I dropped the truck and did a quick eyeball alignment. I was going to fire her up and take her around the block to see how it drove, but when I went to start it. ::click:: Dead battery. "No biggie," I thought. "I'll just jump it with my other car and it'll be good to go." Yea...not happening. I would turn the key it would fire for a split second and then die. I held the gas and started it and when I let off the gas the truck died again. Did some looking around online and lots of people suggest the IAC. It ran perfect before I replaced the pump and the IAC was relatively new. I dunno, we'll see I guess. It's always an adventure!

Probably just needs to re-learn the idle. Get it started, keep it running with a bit of pressure on the gas pedal, and it should eventually figure it out.

I had to go through the "idle re-learn" process on the Expedition, damn electronically controlled motors :P

It was the IAC, the one that was in it was busted. Put in a new one and she fired up first try!
