Default Interior stuff.

About a month ago the HU went out... Rightfully so, as it was a Pyle.. it was a single din DVD with 4" screen. button stopped working, faceplate motor mad all kinds of noise if you hit a bump to hard, and then the display quit, so I ripped it out. (it came with the truck). This prompted me to replace the mat with real carpet like it once had.

So here we go.

Default Power steering hose

Replaced the high pressure power steering hose on my 1998 Laramie. Now about to bleed the system .....right after I find some tips here

Also replaced the downstream 02 sensor in my 1999 Ram, & cleared the codes. Hopefully that clears the CEL.

initially I was going to go with a stock style exhaust on my SS/T but of course once I got to the shop my friend talked me in to going with my initial idea of the cat back duals like I had on my 97 Ramsport..

so I cam home and picked up the white tips I bought right after buying the truck 2 years ago and pulled the trigger on a stanless magnaflow cat back dual system with my white tips... looks GREAT!!! now I have to play the waiting game for the magnaflow to break in for the sound I want
also I just installed the belt molding/window swipes whatever you want to call them thanks to a tip here because the LMCs gap was too wide to fit tight.. just about ready for the show next weekend

I hate those capped lugnuts with a passion. They came stock on my 16 F150 and spent over an hour on the side of the highway when I had a flat getting one off that the cap came loose on, I upgraded to solid ones right after that.

Decided to pull the #2 plug to see when I should plan on changing the plugs on the Ram. What I found was an 20 year old OEM original plug with 70K miles on it. Needles to say, the truck got new plugs and wires this afternoon. Why the wires? Because if they have not been messed with for that long, the odds of me getting the wires off the plugs without destroying them were not good at all. Turned out I only destroyed 1, but that one would have ruined my day for sure.

Mopar Nationals at Englishtown Raceway park yesterday..

3rd in 94 up stock class.. not bad considering all I did was run it through the wash , under the hood was FILTHY or I may have done better..

only put it in the show so I wouldn't have to walk so far and the parking is safer than it is in the spectator lot
