Drove it to a working house fire. Nice having all my blue lights back. I find myself reaching for the air horn button though. I took the ghetto horns out so all I have is the stock horns. Gotta get my new horns installed

Rotated tires, adjusted air psi, greased all zerks, cleaned out the cab, put fuel in, put a new fog light switch in.

last night, used it to take a real good friend on a first date well see how things pan out there...

today drove back to my apartment (250 miles) the fuel pump started failing with about 100 or so miles left, it was weird, it was intermittent, i would shut it down for a few minutes and it would clear up and run just fine for awhile, longer it was off, longer it ran better, and i had a half tank of fuel, so it shouldn't have been overheating, by the time i was 30 miles away, the truck would barely run, but i made it here, i'm going to fix it sometime this week (will get a ride with a friend until then)

gonna start looking for something newer, i can't be having reliablity issues with 250 + miles between the college and my hometown, especially since most of it is in an extremely rural area...
