Well, the 3000 pounds of dirt on the last round, wasn't enough.... so, off to the pit again this morning, pick up a load, get weighed..... 5200 pounds in the bed. Ouch. Truck still hauled it without complaint.

I need to pressure wash the bed out now though.....

Per AllData for a 00 1500 p/u 5.2
Should be the exact same for you
I saw that you were asking about how much 134a as well

R134a Refrigerant 0.907 Kg (32 oz.)

Refrigerant Oil Type SP-20 PAG

Total System 210 ml (6.2 oz.)
Accumulator 60 ml (2 oz.)
Condenser 30 ml (1 oz.)
Evaporator 60 ml (2 oz.)
Compressor See Note

Note:
When replacing the A/C compressor, drain and measure the amount of oil from the old compressor. Add the equivalent amount of fresh oil to the new compressor.

Added some coolant to the rad, something told me to look at the overflow tank before going to work and I'm glad I did, it was almost empty. I don't know why I didn't but something told me to check it after I drove late sunday because I heard the heater core gurgle the first couple seconds after I turned it on. I had no idea these trucks coolant system is that huge, used two bottles to fill it up after I drained it and I didn't pull the blocks plugs. And just in cause, no I don't have any leaks, at least not big enough to do that in 3 days.

And I found out how easy I can light my tires up if I step on it while going about 5mph. Scared the crap out of my friend that was driving his chevy right next to me too, it was funny cause he tried it and couldn't, lol.

Also saw someone lose their front right tire while driving through an intersection today. Sucks it happened to them but I knew something was going to happen to it when they passed me while I was dumping my wallet into the tank. Their car sounded like it has all sorts of problems. Everyone was ok too btw.

When I changed mine, the compressor I got from Advance Auto last July came prefilled with oil so watch out you don't double it by adding to a pre-filled compressor. Job was really quick/easy, completely confused how estimates on that job were so high.

Yea i know lots of places like to double the work load. Take off a bunch of crap that isn't needed. And on top of all that their hourly rate is like $100 an hour. So they make lots of extra cash.

You need to put a little *** into it. Crank it till it breaks man.

What I did today - I replaced that stupid crossover hose on the fuel rail, bled the cooling system and cranked it for the first time since installing the airgap.
