What Did You Do To Your 2ND GEN RAM Today?
took Ol' Blue for a ride today....fired right up, and ran excellent...tranny shifted perfect....it was wet on the ground, and i came out of the parking lot, and threw the *** end sideways out into the street lol....drifted it pretty good, and i didnt even mean to....so much power lol
well today, i started diagnosing my transmission problems since the ins company doesnt seem to hasty on contacting me about the rebuild. tps tested good, .671 volts closed, 3.87 volts at WOT which acording to haynes, is within normal limits of 3.5-4.5 volts now im on alldata looking into testing the gov. pressure solenoid, and sensor, it says to remove solenoid pack connector, but i have no clue where that is, and it doesnt say to drop the trans pan, so im guessing it outside the trans.

Does anyone have the toolboxes that sit against the side of the bed and are as wide as the fender? I'm thinking about making some for my truck since I have the tonneau cover.
I suppose I'm the only one who's toolbox is the right height/width to sit at the front of the bed and only come up to about an inch under the bedrails? Too bad it's just not as nice as some of the ones you guys have. lol
Here's mine:

Thanks to the flash you can see the dust in the BackRack toolbox rails and the shipping damage courtesy of Con-way whose motto is "If we can't break it it's already completely broke". In normal daylight it looks pretty sharp, and RSN I'm going to fix up the compromised finish.
It didn't seem prudent to send the box back to Delta, who'd return ship it via Con-way again.

just bought the truck and now the front axle is leaking well back to the parts store , anyone know of a good place to find replacment parts such as, Dashes replacment seats carpet **** like that?
http://www.mintonmotorsinc.com/index.html for used parts (pretty much anything you need).
lmctruck.com for body panels and interior parts.
Well I started installing my hughes FI Airgap today then the winds picked up and it started raining...damn crazy vegas weather coming out of no where. Hopefully it settles down here shortly as this weather doesn't seem to last long and I can go back out and continue the work. All I have left is to remove the passenger fuel rail, pull the manifold, scrape all the old gasket off and install everything...only about 2 hours worth of work done to it so far and I've never torn into a vehicle like this before.
