Tested 4LO out for the first time tonight. Was backing trailer up into someones drive out of a drive from across the street and dropped the front left wheel into a real deep but narrow ditch. The Civil case I was interviewing for Jury Duty was settled out of court. So I got out early...
Replaced the steel vacuum lines for the CAD. Easy install, just 3 10mm screws (the one near the CAT was really rotted and the head was almost gone).
Here is the new unit. Cost $24.97

Bought the truck (2 week back
Replaced O2 sensor, pcv valve, breather element, thermostat (was stuck open)
Bought K&N air filter
Taught myself how to drive not exceeding 2k rpm
Last refill MPG was 11.4, we'll see what the next reading will be...
Oh yeah, measured the tranny fuel level in neutral and added about 1qt to bring it to the specified range.
