T-3...
I WAS gonna clean the interior tonight, but my grille shell came in today and so my evening was spent removing the honeycombs, clean and waxing under the bug shield, washing the inserts and then putting it all back together.
I even managed to reuse the grill emblem, abiet with a bit of refinishing.

Drove it down here to IL. Stuttered a couple of times. Seems to be pretty random. I'm starting to think it could be the torque converter. I wouldn't mind switchin it over to a 5speed.

T-2...
Do or die tonight. I did, but I'm dead tired.
Reinstalled front shocks. Bustards fought me every inch, every thread of the way.
Cleaned the front diff.
Reinstalled the front bumpstops. Another battle, and in the dark too. But I won, slightly jacking my bum wrist in the process.
Detailed all the tires and rims.
Girlfriend, bless her heart, cleaned the interior.
I have the motor to clean, the bed, and the Hilift and spare to remount in the bed.

What's your secret? It's like pulling teeth to get mine to do so much as hold a flashlight for me.

With those tires being so new you might want to think about getting a patch plug for it.

Ah...the mysterious paradox that is the female species.

It it makes you feel any better, mine doesn't like holding a flashlight either, especially when I've been cursing like a demented dockworker and there's a smell like a old sock that's been pulled out of a cesspool in the air.

I'd say she sensed my frustration and had some spare time, so she grabbed the shop vac and protector and went to work while I was at work. Pretty much caught me up. I guess she loves me.
