I'd say she sensed my frustration and had some spare time, so she grabbed the shop vac and protector and went to work while I was at work. Pretty much caught me up. I guess she loves me.
Mine helps me all the time. She has no problem helping me, especially since when Im working on my truck all day and she see's how much sweat I put into it, she wants to help. She even brings me a cold drink when ever I want. But mine is special, not only can she help me work on the truck, she can shoot 1/2 moa target groups at 50 yards with her 22lr bolt action rifle

She just told me that she needed a new gastank for her brothers 92 S-10, I said Im going to need help getting one from a pull and pay, she said she would help me with that too. Btw, I just did an ignition Barrel on said S-10, that was interesting and a pain in the (_)_)

T-1...
The weather person says it's likely to rain tomorrow...
But I went ahead and scrubbed the bedliner, reinstalled the jack and spare, cleaned the engine, dobbed this, scrubbed and polished that...
and decided enough is enough.

Cleaned TB and top of Keg where it connected. Can you say eww! Cleaned all sensors too.

I am not sure about the plenum, it didnt look like a had a pool of oil in it. More pics of that in my thread. My idle issue is no more, she is way smooth now, did not stall once, even after the test drive.

Fixed the rear view mirror, it fell off. Damn heat!

Replaced drivers door lock, now I can lock my truck. O M G what a pain in the butt!

Default Its showtime!

Took home a 1st place trophy in my class.

I guess it was worth the effort.

I hope the Elks made money to support thier many fine programs.

Had the occasional stumble in idling, very minor but annoying. So replaced the TPS and IAC sensors and running smoother than ever now. Seems like it had smoother shift points too. What an easy fix!

It must be nice to know that it wasn't all for nothing. And now your truck is in much better shape than before you started thinking about that trophy.

Thanks...
It is certainly prettier than it was 3 weeks ago. And cleaner too.
While cleaning the front end I descovered that my drivers side tie rod boot is missing. Must've desintigrated from the heat.
I'll have to fix that this week, My next show is the 4th.

Put my drivers side seat back in so I can get to work tomorrow. Never got around to posting yesterday that I pulled the seats so I could get the carpet out to let it dry. Also used some black RTV to seal up the third break light so that hopefully I don't have any more wet carpet. I figure before i put it all back I might as well give it a couple days to check other common sources of wet floor boards in case I had a combo. Vacumned the carpet and used some carpet cleaner while I have it out. Also put some new black paint on the seat frames.
