son of a b!tch...i hope thats not my problem....

 

I replaced the 7way trailer connector that I just installed last summer. It wasn't sealed on the end the wires go into, and it consequently was full of mud, rust, and corrosion... I made sure to seal this one up with silicone so it won't leak again, and I also wire brushed some loose paint and rust off the hitch and gave it a quick coat of flat black primer. I've been on a wiring kick lately, since I started on my light bar, so I've been doing a lot of that elsewhere on the truck. Stay tuned for a thread about my newest mod that I'm headed out to finish buttoning up now (not a light bar, I got my steel for it but haven't drilled it yet). I have to go to my little cousins wedding (ugh) and today is the wife's bday so we will be gettin our drunk on tonight, so I may not get it done today...

 

I guess you can never have too many lights on the truck right Maxx? Haha, wonder what new mod you talkin' about though....the suspense is killing me.

Oh yeah, washed and detailed exterior, and checked for any coolant leaks. None, and she is good to go, no more buying coolant!

well decided to change the oil since i was already low on oil, 5qts quakerstate conventional 10w-40 and purolator filter for around 16 bucks. at $2.50/qt ill take it. lol.

actually turns out i only went over my 3k mark by 5 miles. and i last changed it exactly 3 months ago. lol. what a coincidence, i thought i was wayyy over.

 

took her apart pulled the head getting ready to change the gaskets, water pump, plugs and wires.

I have hardly touched mine in about 2 weeks. It needs the oil changed and I've been too lazy to do it. That and the Saturdays I work I don't want to get started on it and get called in then Sunday it rains or Last minute things come up on the Saturdays I'm off. Hopefully I'll drag my *** outta bed and do it tomorrow. I've been pimping the explorer lol God I wish my second car was a Mustang. I miss my stang lol It's been broke for too long and only gonna be longer till it's better
