I had a water leak and it was coming out of the timing chain cover seal. So I replaced water pump, timing chain, thermostat and all gaskets. Made for a fun weekend.

 

Here's my new tires, mounted and balanced. They are sexy, whitewall, and no one will ever know they aren't BFGs seriously. If I didn't buy them, I wouldnt know if they were BFGs. After I had them mounted and balanced, I asked the guy if they would ever mount retreads because I was thinking of buying them. He said he didn't think they would...

Very happy with the car now. It also rides beautifully... Much better than it did before. I was worried the Wardens wouldnt be "aggressive" enough, but they look great in person. Sorry my droid camera seems to be going downhill a bit, but heres some pics atleast. What do you think?

 

They look real good, and the guy must not have been around when retreads got a bad rap.....the only thing I cant stand about the tires is that instead of spending some time to clean up the edge they leave it wobbly and to me its just like wtf really...but if shipping wasnt so much I would have some

 

did timing chain, front seal, harmonic balancer, coolant flush, hollowed CAT and obviously new timng cover gasket yesterday/day before yesterday....No more timing cover leak....truck runs 1000000x better, no more wobbly HB....

Burped the cooling system today, heat is great, stays at perfect temp, and truck just runs excellent.

i had the transmission redone and now its not starting

 

Been having an ongoing fight with my air lines for my horns. After installing the pressure gauge I found I had worse leaks than I thought. Also found out my compressor isn't shutting off like it's supposed to.

Working on picking up an actual fire truck horn to add. It will ne hooked separate from the ones I have now.

Also got a fun little surprise I'm gonna add.

 

check your crank postion senor,,, they can get bump when reinstalling the trans
