Painted the front and passenger side bed rail.
Got the dings out of the drivers side rail and in primer.
Started in on the dents on the top of the tailgate.

Oil change and replaced the thermostat, outlet and upper hose. Outlet gasket was leaking, now the truck runs about 15* cooler, stays right at about 200 now thankfully.

New tires and alignment coming at the end of this month, tires on it now are from 2001

Pull 2 loads of this yesterday:

^That load was somewhere around 2800 lbs.....or sloshing water.
Not fun when you have trailer sway at 60 MPH with semi-trucks passing you.

Swapped my front left brake rotor, pads, caliper and hub assembly. Because when I went to investigate a sqeak, I found a warped rotor and a pretty rough sounding bearing. I love expensive suprises...

Put in my ebay underdrive pulleys and they made a real nice difference from about 1700rpms and up, makes it so much easier to pass a car

fixed my passenger power window regulator roller that broke . $1.98 for a pack of 2 3/4" shower bumper's from Home Depot. With a little cutting and some white lithium grease. 30+ times up and down and it works perfect.

now i just need to get my darn AC fixed lol

I've been driving to work in the Dodge all week to give my Mazda a break. Normally, I drive over a grassy area, over the curb, and plop down into a spot. That way, I just drive straight out when I leave at the end of the day. Well, yesterday morning it had been raining quite hard, and I should have known better than to hop the curb because the ground gets to soft. I did quite a number on the transmission cross member. The funny part is that it actually seems to have "cured" an out-of-balance vibration issue.

This is going to be a fun one to fix.

Thanks for the tip. I'm just thankful the transmission pan wasn't torn up.

Default What I Did Today

Tore out everything in the interior and replace the carpeting with soundproofing insulation and jet black carpeting. Then I welded in patch panels and used a little bondo on the bottom of my doors, then went over it with rhinoliner and ended up rhinolining the entire front end of my truck. Not bad lookin. Ordered some Halo headlights and an HID 12000k conversion kit for them. Exhaust this next weekend i hope.
